Crocus Hotel is located on Tytusa Chalubinskiego Street, which was founded in mid-nineteenth century as a road that connected the poor village of Zakopane with Kuznice - a metallurgical settlement in the Tatras. Since then the village began to grow in the direction of the mountains. In 1885 it was given the status of a climate observation base, an in 1933 it acquired city rights.
